Clinical Director
The Clinical Director provides regular supervision to the supervisors to ensure that their programming remains appropriate for the child and that they are actively training therapists and providing appropriate feedback on the programs and their implementation plans. They also provide training on how to effectively train parents and other providers that their children come in contact with, how to best supervise therapists, etc.
Supervising BCBA
Our Supervisors are responsible for creating individualized programming based on your child’s specific needs and revising programs when necessary. They also provide ongoing training for the therapists as well as families and/or every individual who comes in contact with your child and contribute to their growth and success. In addition, the supervisors observe the therapists with the child on a regular basis and provide constructive feedback and on the spot training to ensure that programs are being implemented efficiently and to their maximum potential.
ABA Therapist (RBT)
Our therapists all have a background and experience in working with children and/or adolescents. In addition, each staff member is trained in ABA principles and procedures and must display mastery of concepts and applications through role-play and written test prior to working with your child. They earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, through the BACB and must maintain it throughout the duration of their employment. They receive ongoing training to ensure that no skills are lost and that they remain current in the provision of therapeutic services.
