CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brandi Smith is the owner and clinical director of All Pieces Fit, a BCBA with over ten years of experience working with children with autism. Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is truly her passion and it is the key to success when working with children with autism.
The Clinical Director provides regular supervision to the supervisors to ensure that their programming remains appropriate for the child and that they are actively training therapists and providing appropriate feedback on the programs and their implementation plans. They also provide training on how to effectively train parents and other providers that their children come in contact with, how to best supervise therapists, etc.
Our Supervisors are responsible for creating individualized programming based on your child’s specific needs and revising programs when necessary. They also provide ongoing training for the therapists as well as families and/or every individual who comes into contact with your child and contributes to their growth and success. In addition, the supervisors observe the therapists with the child on a regular basis and provide constructive feedback and on the spot training to ensure that programs are being implemented efficiently and to their maximum potential.
Our therapists all have a background and experience in working with children and/or adolescents. In addition, each staff member is trained in ABA principles and procedures and must display mastery of concepts and applications through role-play and written tests prior to working with your child. They earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, through the BACB and must maintain it throughout the duration of their employment. They receive ongoing training to ensure that no skills are lost and that they remain current in the provision of therapeutic services.

All Pieces Fit (APF) strives not only to promote the awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but also to assist those we work with to reach their maximum potential and achieve their highest level of independence. We take pride in providing a positive environment, a place where growth, progress, and productivity are valued among both staff and families.
In order to achieve these goals, APF offers individualized programming that aims to decrease problem behaviors while increasing appropriate replacement behaviors needed to complete everyday tasks, develop social and communication skills and overall increase skills that are important to everyday life. In addition, APF offers family support (and other provider-related support) to better generalize and maximize the essential skills needed to function in typical everyday settings. In addition, families are able to be more involved and actively participate in a child’s success.
